WWE superstar Booker T is suing Activision

The bombastic wrestler and WWE superstar Booker T is suing games industry giant Activision for, allegedly, using his likeness for a character in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4. The WWE veteran Robert Booker T. Huffman, who has portrayed his own creation G.I. Bro both in the ring and in his own comic books, is looking to Activision Publishing, Activision-Blizzard and Major League Gaming for compensation for using the likeness of the character in their recent action shooter.

In the official statement, reported on by Dualshockers, Booker T. had this to say: "They could have drawn him any way they wanted. But they chose to steal Booker T.'s "G. I. Bro." You can compare the images down below.
