Warface enters closed beta

Crytek's free-to-play shooter arrives.

Warface, the free-to-play FPS from Crytek (Crysis, Crysis 2) is finally up and running in this part of the world, after entering into closed beta yesterday evening.

The shooter has proved incredibly popular over in Russia, and now Trion Worlds and Crytek will be hoping for similar success over here. Crytek's Dirk Metzger said: "We look forward to making the experience even more engaging as waves of pre-registered players are invited to join the Closed Beta and play their part in shaping Warface ahead of its final launch."
