It would seem Swedish developer Digital Illusions (DICE) have gotten a taste for democracy. After a public outcry (and a petition!) they scrapped the idea of microtransaction weaponry in the game, and now they have taken the next step in democraticing game development (sorry Microsoft).

DICE are providing us with six candidate maps, and you may cast your vote on the map you feel is the most appropriate for the job. The two maps with the most votes will be included in an upcoming map pack, along with two chosen by DICE themselves. The map pack will be available for free download later this fall, and the maps will be created for the Conquest mode.
