The Toronto Defiant Overwatch League team is joining in on the off-season Overwatch League fun, by also making a few different announcements. This is coming in the form of both a head coach addition, and also the release of two more of its active players.
In regard to the head coach, it will be the former San Francisco Shock assistant coach, Cas "Casores" Andel who is coming to the team and looking to lead them in the 2023 season.
As for the next two players who are leaving the team, following the recent departure of Lee "Twilight" Joo-seok and Jeong "Heesu" Hee-su, now both Kim "MuZe" Young-hun and Jung "ALTHOUGH" Hyun-wook will both be moving on as well.
With an increasingly small active roster, expect to see plenty of signings over the coming weeks and months, as the Defiant prepare for the 2023 season.
