Thomas Was Alone sells 1 million

Great sales for rectangular platformer.
Mike Holmes 27 April 2014

It has been revealed that Thomas Was Alone has sold more than one million copies, after creator Mike Bithell confirmed the news on Twitter last Friday: "Ummm... so... yeah... Thomas Was Alone has now sold over one million copies."

Bithell later added that the "bulk of those sales were in bundles/discounts/promotions", but nevertheless that's still an impressive turnover for a game about bouncing squares.

We recently took a look at Bithell's next game, Volume, and you can read our preview of his Robin Hood themed stealth adventure by heading this way.
