The new partnership adds another big name to Epic's platform, although those who bought the full season elsewhere won't have to change.

Skybound Games has announced that they have partnered with Epic Games to bring the final season of The Walking Dead to the Epic Games store on PC for the future, although fans who have already bought the season on another platform like Steam will receive the rest in the same way.

"The team at Epic owns a major chapter in the history of the game industry. We're excited to work together on their latest transformative event with the launch of the Epic Games Store. Epic stepped up to the plate immediately to work with us in order to bring the original team back together and ensure fans will receive the completed season of Telltale's The Walking Dead: The Final Season," said President of Interactive Dan Murray and Skybound Games CEO Ian Howe in a joint statement.

As you might have imagined, this includes the upcoming third episode of the season, Broken Toys, coming on January 15. If you want some entertainment before that date rolls around though, Skybound has also released a video where the voice of Clementine - Melissa Hutchison - answers some frequently asked questions.

Will you be playing via the Epic Store?
