Only a few lucky souls, including Ben, have been allowed to play an early version of Embark Studios' The Finals, as the Swedes have been running some closed tests of their first game since many of them left DICE and Battlefield. Fortunately, that won't be the case much longer.

Tonight's The Finals trailer reveals that an open beta will become available on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series tomorrow, the 26th of October. It'll last until the 5th of November, and comes with quite a few additions and improvements compared to the closed tests. These include a new map, a new mode, optical sights and a free Battle Pass with 16 rewards that will be available to us when the "finished" game launches.
