The psychotic clown Sweet Tooth is returning in the new edition of Twisted Metal, as seen at E3, but if you can't wait that long Sony is releasing a more friendly version of him as a download for Modnation Racers this week. He'll cost you $1.99, and more information can be found on the official Playstation blog.
