The South Korean DPS player is back on the team he won multiple Overwatch League seasons with.
It's not very often that you see a player re-sign with a team that formerly released them. It's even rarer that you see one player do this with two different teams, but this is precisely what has happened with Kwon "Striker" Nam-joo.
Following returning to the Boston Uprising at the start of the 2022 Overwatch League season, and then soon after leaving the team again, Striker has re-signed with the team that he won back-to-back Overwatch League seasons with: the San Francisco Shock.
The Shock is slated to play the Toronto Defiant later today in the Countdown Cup Qualifiers. As for whether we'll see Striker in action here remains to be seen.
