Disney Interactive announced yesterday that the Star Wars universe will join Disney, Pixar and Marvel in newest edition of Disney Infinity.
The new game is titled Disney Infinity 3.0: Play Without Limits and it will arrive on PS4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, Wii U, PC, iOS and Android.
The Disney Infinity 3.0 Starter Pack includes:
- 1 Disney Infinity 3.0 Play without limits video game software
- 2 Star Wars figures: Ahsoka Tano and Anakin Skywalker
- 1 Disney Infinity 3.0 Play without limits Base
- 1 Star Wars: Twilight of the Republic Play Set piece
- 1 Web Code card (unlocks content for PC/mobile)

According to the press release the new play sets to be purchased separately include:
- Star Wars: Twilight of the Republic - Join Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker and his trusty Padawan Ahsoka Tano on an intergalactic adventure to uncover secret plots, defeat villains and to bring peace back to the galaxy. Featuring an original story set in the Episodes I-III timeline, players will travel through four iconic locations, use the Force™ and Lightsabers™ in epic battles, and master their combat skills.
- Star Wars: Rise Against the Empire - Embark on a galaxy-spanning mission to overthrow the evil Galactic Empire with legendary Jedi Luke Skywalker and Rebel leader Princess Leia with help from heroic smuggler Han Solo and his trusty co-pilot Chewbacca. Experience the epic saga with non-stop action, piloting X-wing Fighters or the Millennium Falcon to fight stormtroopers, or exploring and partaking in land-based missions on planets like Tatooine, Hoth and Endor.
- Additional Play Sets offering distinct gameplay and environments will include a Disney•Pixar Play Set based on the upcoming film Inside Out, a Marvel Play Set featuring Hulkbuster Iron Man, Ultron, and other Marvel characters, and a fifth Play Set available this winter based on Star Wars™: The Force Awakens™.
