Since there is no sign that the Chengdu Hunters will be competing in the Overwatch League anytime soon, it's not exactly a surprise to hear that the roster has disbanded. As noted in a report from The Esports Advocate, the Hunters have allegedly split up and moved to a different OWL team in China.
There is no mention as to where the Hunters' players have moved to exactly, and likewise, we don't know what this means for the franchise as a whole, but considering the Hunters gave a farewell its January after the Blizzard and NetEase deal came to an end, meaning Blizzard games are still not playable in China, you have to assume that the Hunters will soon be looking to move on from the OWL completely.
