Trion's upcoming MMO Heroes of Telara got a new name just the other week, Rift: Planes of Telara. That name change didn't sit well with pen and paper roleplaying game makers Palladium Books, who publishes a game called Rifts. Through Massively comes the news that Palladium is now suing Trion over the name, calling it a "trademark infringement". Nothing more is really known at this time, we'll just have to see how the whole thing plays out.
