Overcooked 2 serving up New Game+ mode in October

Chefs can work the kitchen for a fourth star.

Team17 has confirmed on Twitter that Overcooked 2 will be getting a New Game+ mode on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One in early October, meaning chefs can replay the 45 kitchens in the game to try to achieve four stars in each one.

"In New Game+ the steaks are higher, the kitchens are hotter and there's a devilishly delicious FOURTH STAR on the table! In this mode you'll have to journey back through the Onion Kingdom, experiencing Overcooked 2 again with an extra side order of difficulty," the tweet reads.

New Game+ is already available in the PC version, and players will be getting "even more updates and new content," which will be announced soon.
