The event begun on October 13, but was postponed when a few different players tested positive for Covid-19, leading many to wonder when the event would finally take place. Now we have that answer.

The tournament is now set to resume on October 27, and will run until October 31, when the finals are set. The victor, alike in the EU version of the event, will claim one of the remaining slots in the Champions event that is set to take place this December in Berlin, Germany.

As for the format, the Last Chance Qualifier will pick up where it left off, meaning 100 Thieves is already through to the semi-finals, XSET, Gen.G, and Luminosity Gaming are all in the lower bracket, and FaZe Clan, Rise, Version1, and Cloud9 Blue are all yet to compete.
