Back in November we received a sneak peek at the content coming to Ubisoft's Rainbow Six: Siege as part of its Year 3 content, and now the developer has revealed the different editions players can purchase if they want access to all that's coming in the third year, with different options available depending on preferences.
The Advanced Edition, firstly, includes all the maps and modes, the standard time required to unlock operators, 600 bonus credits, and 10 Outbreak Collection Packs, while the Gold Edition features all of this plus the Year 3 pass. The Complete Edition, however, features all of this plus 16 of the operators from Year 1 and 2, with the Starter Edition only including all maps and modes, 600 credits, plus an extended time to unlock all operators.
Players can purchase all of the editions starting on February 13, and what's more is that there's also the limited-time Outbreak Collection too, where Outbreak Collection Packs will be available in-game during the Outbreak Event, or in all of the above editions with no time limit.
We'll have to wait until next month's Six Invitational, the esports tournament that pits 16 of the best teams against one another, to get a full reveal of Season 1, Operation Chimera, and Outbreak, but for now you can check out Ubisoft's helpful infographic below to see what version will be for you.
As an added detail, you may have noticed that the Standard Edition is gone, and that's because the Advanced Edition has effectively replaced it. While also giving a little more content, this also comes with a big price increase as well, moving from $40 USD to $60. For more on all the pricing though, be sure to visit Ubisoft's official blog post.
Do you have any idea what edition you'll be purchasing?
