Rainbow Six: Siege closed alpha heading to PC

PC to be lead platform for tactical shooter.
Mike Holmes 15 March 2015

Ubisoft has confirmed that they're taking applications for the closed alpha build of Rainbow Six: Siege, and that the tactical team shooter will be appearing on PC (indeed, PC will be the lead platform for this offshoot of the Rainbow Six franchise).

You can sign up here as well as check out the minimum specs that Ubi are looking for from their initial participants. There's still no word on when the testing will start, how long it's planned for, and what game modes will be involved, so expect an announcement on that front in the coming weeks.

Rainbow Six: Siege, if you don't know, is an asymmetrical team shooter where one team takes a hostage and fortifies a building while the other plans and executes a rescue attempt. You can see more of the game in the Dev Diary attached below, or keep scrolling down for our interview with the devs at last year's E3.
