Who's this Akiyama fellow?

Apart from Kazuma Kiryu there will be three other playable characters in Sega's upcoming PS3 exclusive Yakuza 4. One of them is Shun Akiyama, who used to be homeless but managed to re-establish himself as a loan shark after he came across money through the actions of Kazuma Kiryu.
