According to ESPN EA are readying a new version of the popular arcade title NBA Jam for Nintendo Wii. The rights used to belong to Midway, but apparently EA have now picked them up. A key phrase in the report is "will ship to retail exclusively for the Wii", which makes us think that EA may publish NBA Jam on Playstation Network and Xbox Live Arcade. Which would make sense seeing as they have already delivered arcade style sport titles 3 on 3 NHL Arcade and Madden NFL Arcade.
