While my editor is making fun of me for not seeing this coming a mile away, the big announcement Ubisoft hinted at last week turned out to be Ghost Recon: Future Soldier. The game is under development at Ubisoft's Paris studio and is supposed to be released this coming holiday.
Information about the actual game is scarce, but you are supposed to secure a place in the multiplayer beta if you pick up Splinter Cell: Conviction later this spring. Let's just hope that Splinter Cell is actually released before Ghost Recon: Future Soldier, then?
