Need for Speed World in July

Start your MMO-engines!
Petter Mårtensson 28 May 2010

EA have set a date for the launch of their racing-MMO Need for Speed World. On July 20 you'll be able to download the game for free, and play through the game's first 10 levels. After that, you have to buy a "starter pack" for about $20, which will give you access to all 50 levels, a whole bunch of items and $20 worth of the game's currency SpeedBoost.

You can keep playing for free, but you will be limited to the first ten levels and won't be able to unlock any new, fancy cars. There's also a pre-order bonus, as usual, which includes a head start of one week and a VIP-title.
