Sega have released a further eight images from Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing. The game is due out in February next year and will feature more than 20 classic Sega characters including Sonic, Ryo Hazuki from Shenmue, Alex Kidd, Beat from Jet Set Radio, and Samba of Samba de Amigo fame. The game will feature no less than 80 tracks based on classic Sega tunes. Some of the characters featured in the images below include Alex Kidd on his BMX, Big riding his frog, Billy Hatcher balanching on an egg, Sonic driving his car (!), and Tails taking off in his plane while Amigo and Amy look on.
Sonic has taken some of his friends and challenged other Sega characters to some go kart just like a certain plumber.
Rumoured for 3DS, Vita and Wii U.
