Monolith's new project

In a recent job ad Monolith Productions, most recently known for their work on the Condemned series and F.E.A.R. series, are looking for a senior software engineer to join a team that works on "a cutting-edge first-person action game on PlayStation 3, XBox 360 and PC". As Sega owns the Condemned franchise it is unlikely that we will see a third game from the Warner Bros. owned studio. A new F.E.A.R. is certainly a possibility. But what we would like to see most is a new No One Lives Forever, and perhaps Warner Bros would be able to secure that license.
