In a recent financial statement Take Two announced that the release of Rockstar's Max Payne 3 has been pushed to the third quarter of 2010. Max Payne 3 sees a complete reinvention of Remedy's film noir style action game by the hands of Rockstar Vancouver. It was previously assumed that Max Payne 3 would be released early in 2010.
