Live action trailer lands for Far Cry Primal

Ubisoft released a new trailer on Thursday evening for their upcoming action game, Far Cry Primal, and at the same time they teased a little bonus for those of you who wish to pre-order the game before the reviews are out.

The trailer is of the live action variety and it's called 'The Charge' (don't worry, it will make sense once you start watching). Here you get a very brief history lesson in infantry warfare along with some shots of mammoths and a sabre-tooth tiger - which might just be fake.

Before the video ends we learn that there will be three extra missions in the game should you pre-order Far Cry Primal. These are called 'Legend of the Mammoth', but at the moment that's all we know.

Far Cry Primal is dropping on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC on February 23, but you can watch the new trailer below as well as check out last month's hands-on preview.
