Sega has announced that the delayed PS Vita version of Jet Set Radio is finally due out on November 20. Additionally the mobile version (iOS and Android) will be available on November 29. There is some bad news for us Europeans though, as Jet Set Radio on PS Vita is part of the PS Plus instant game collection in North America (meaning you get it for free until the end of the year), but sadly this offer does not extend to Europe.
