Invictus Gaming is leaving competitive Apex Legends

The team is exiting the scene despite only acquiring a roster a year ago.

Invictus Gaming is the latest esports organisation to announce that it is leaving the competitive Apex Legends scene. As noted in a statement on Twitter, the team has given a short reason for its exit, and has said that it is "grateful" for the players that has represented it ever since it acquired a team in the scene.

As for why Invictus is leaving the Apex scene, the team stated that its "position" and the "sustainability in the Apex Legends space" is the reason why it is making an exit.

To conclude, Invictus added: "We are eternally grateful to Noiises, Brynn, Blasts, Urban, JMW, and Graceful for representing Invictus Gaming in Apex Legends; we wish you the very best of luck in all of your future endeavours and we will always be cheering you on."
