Hydro Thunder Hurricane screens

Hydro Thunder Hurricane is the welcome return of Midway's old arcade franchise that will hit Xbox Live Arcade exclusively this summer. The developer Vector Unit have released some information about two new single player modes that you will get to play in Hydro Thunder Hurricane along with some screens:

Gauntlet:
Basically a time trial where the course is littered with explosive barrels. Most of the time they will be placed off the ideal racing line, but every now and then you will be forced to dodge a barrel in the middle of the course or use the "boost jump" to avoid hitting it.

Ringmaster:
It's a bit like slalom on water as you make your way through the rings. This event will be available in three difficulty settings where the rings will grow smaller as the difficulty rises.
