The first day of the 2022 Overwatch League Playoffs have concluded, and with that being the case, we have a bunch of results to talk about. The first round consisted of a range of teams who, while successful enough to make it to Playoffs, did not have the points to land a first round bye. These teams were competing for a chance to take on one of the highly regarded rosters that earned that privilege.
As for what the results of last night's games were, first of all, the London Spitfire defeated the Philadelphia Fusion 3-0. Then the Hangzhou Spark beat the Shanghai Dragons 3-0, before the Florida Mayhem secured a 3-0 win over the Atlanta Reign, with the day concluding with yet another 3-0 victory, with the Houston Outlaws defeating the Toronto Defiant.
While we won't know who the losers of these games will play next, until the next round of games conclude, we do know what this next batch of matches will look like.
