EVO lineup unveiled, Marvel vs. Capcom KO'd

Surprisingly Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite didn't make the lineup this year.

The organisers of the fighting tournament, Evolution Championship Series (EVO for short), have revealed the lineup of games that are set to feature during this year's tournament, and there are a couple of notable absentees.

The biggest miss is undoubtedly Marvel vs. Capcom Infinite, but King of Fighters XIV and Arms also didn't make the cut, with the tournament focusing solely on the biggest and best that the fighting genre has to offer in 2018. Here are the eight games set to feature during this year's event, which is set to take place on August 3-5 in Las Vegas:

Injustice 2
Dragon Ball FighterZ
Super Smash Bros. for Wii U
Super Smash Bros. Melee
BlazBlue Cross Tag Battle
