Dust 514, the free-to-play first-person shooter from CCP Games, is heading to Playstation 3 next month. The game, which ties into the Eve Online universe, will be available to download on May 14.
"Reaching this point has required many years, hundreds of CCP employees, and the engagement of millions of players who contributed fantastic feedback during the beta process," said CCP's Hilmar Veigar Pétursson.
"Now we start the real journey, which, decades from now, we will look back on with astonishment at all we accomplished. The EVE Universe will outlive us all."
Dust 514 will feature a persistent universe, with players encouraged to engage with those playing Eve Online (starship pilots will be able to help ground forces with devastating airstrikes).
