Cook up a storm in 2020 with the Destiny 2 cookbook

Following in the footsteps of other games like Fallout, Bungie is launching their own recipe book for Destiny.

You might not think that Destiny is a franchise most suitable for a cookbook, since food doesn't feature an awful lot in Bungie's game, but PCGamesN reports that that's exactly what we're getting on August 4 next year, with the official Amazon page live right now.

These recipes are "inspired by Bungie's hit franchise", including the characters and locations, and here is the official description to get your mouths watering:

"Eva Levante has traveled around the world after the events of the Red War, gathering a variety of recipes after crossing paths with many Guardians along the way and learning from their adventures. Craft, mouthwatering food from her diverse list of recipes inspired by the game's unique world, plus step-by-step instructions and full-color photos, help guide and inspire fans to go on their own culinary adventure through the solar system."

Writer Victoria Rosenthal has experience in the field though, as her Pixelated Provisions blog is known for providing gaming-themed dishes, and time will tell what meals we can expect from this book.

For now though, you can check out the cover below. Will you get this?
