The Boston Uprising has had a pretty excellent start to the 2023 season. The team currently has a 3-1 record and is fourth in the West division standings, right behind the Houston Outlaws. Yet, despite this success, the Uprising has announced that it is making a change to its coaching staff.
As noted in a statement, assistant coach Ji "Jidset" Yeoung-hun is leaving the team after only signing with them back in March. The reason behind this coaching change hasn't been confirmed, but the Uprising's GM, Aaron Heckman did state:
"We are grateful for [Jidset's] contributions to the team and his role in our 3-1 start. However, we have decided to head in a different direction as we move towards the back half of the season."

There is no word as to who the Uprising are eyeing as the replacement assistant coach, but no doubt this will be made clear soon.
