While there are plenty of Counter-Strike tournaments that have been hosted and held in the US over the past few years, with IEM Dallas planned for late this May, there hasn't actually been a CS Major hosted in the country since 2018.

The last was the ELEAGUE Boston Major in January 2018, but judging by a recent report from HLTV, this could be set to change in the near future. It's noted that Austin, Texas is being eyed as a host city for an upcoming CS2 Major and that it could be taking place in June 2025.

It's also noted that BLAST will be hosting this event, with it being the latest Major organised by the company since the Paris Major last May.

Valve has yet to affirm these plans, but no doubt we'll know more very soon.
