Now that the Overwatch League is wrapped for 2023 (and potentially forever), all eyes are on the next and last big Overwatch tournament of the year: the Overwatch World Cup. Set to be held between October 29 and November 4, the tournament will start with a group stage, where the 16 qualified teams will be battling it out and hoping to earn one of eight Finals spots at BlizzCon 2023.
With that tournament edging ever closer, Blizzard has now revealed the groups for the event, meaning we know which teams will be playing each other first.
Group A:
- South Korea
- Columbia
- Mexico
- Finland
Group B:
- Great Britain
- Australia
- Brazil
- Canada
Group C:
- China
- Spain
- Hong Kong
- Thailand
Group D:
- United States
- Saudi Arabia
- France
- Japan
The group stage will run until November 1, with the top two teams from each group qualifying and moving ahead to the Finals a few days later.
