Apex Legends datamining reveals plenty of upcoming content

From flamethrowers to NPCs, it seems like we have a lot to look forward to when it comes to Respawn's battle royale title.

Respawn's battle royale game Apex Legends has already gone down a treat, gathering 50 million players in a month, and the Twitter account Apex Legends - News & Leaks has been very busy this past week sharing information from the game files which point to future content.

Among the files we hear word of a flamethrower and a remote turret, not to mention a night mode, a feature that has been requested by the community. We also hear about the Battle Pass for Season One, the paid variant of which may be called Level Diamond. Another tweet adds that it looks like this will have its own menu, and that skins are confirmed as a cosmetic unlock.

A much longer thread talked about NPCs, however, including names, their abilities, and the fact that one of them looks to have a hoverbike. Of course these are all brief files and don't form a cohesive picture yet, but it'll be interesting to see if NPCs come into the multiplayer game, and if so how they'll arrive.

What do you want to see from Apex Legends in the future?
