Destiny 2's July update - bringing the game up to version 1.2.3. - is finally live, adding several new features into the game, a highlight of which is the return of Daily Bounties, a popular feature from the original Destiny that has just made its way into the sequel.
Daily Bounties are basically daily objectives you can try to accomplish, requiring you to offer some glimmer to Lord Shaxx or Commander Zavala to get them, although be warned - if you fail to complete the objectives in time, they will expire.
Moments of Triumph bounties will also become available in-game for the Solstice of Heroes event starting July 31, and players will be able to earn points to trade for emblems and a Sparrow, among other rewards. Prestige Raid Lairs have also been implemented and will allow for weapons at 400 Power and Exotic catalysts.
There are also several "quality of life" changes and dozens of tweaks on loot drops as part of the patch, not to mention difficulty, weapons, and armour updates. It's a massive list, and if you want to check all the changes out in detail, head this way.
Are you pleased Daily Bounties have returned?
