Bungie has revealed in their weekly post that Destiny 2's servers will be down for maintenance tomorrow, October 3, the reason for this being that they want to release Hotfix 1.0.3.1 into the game.
Maintenance starts at 16:00 BST (17:00 CEST), when players are no longer able to sign into Destiny 2. An hour later, at 17:00 BST (18:00 CEST), players will be removed from all activities, and maintenance is then expected to end at 20:00 BST (21:00 CEST).
What does Hotfix 1.0.3.1 do though? Well, it's all about fixing a number of issues players have been experiencing, including one where players would lose access to the Veteran's Transmat Effect by deleting characters, as well as another where clan engrams would give Trials of the Nine and raid rewards at 10 power. More of these issues, however, can be seen on the weekly post.
Will this maintenance interrupt your plans? What will you play instead?
