Lionhead Studios have released a bunch of new screens from Fable III featuring very shiny weapons. It would appear as if the smith had a creed along the lines of "if it sparkles, it kills", oh well, all of the screens were entitled "combat and levelling up" so we supposed that's what we are looking at.
Meanwhile, Microsoft Game Studios Europe creative director (yikes) Peter Molyneux told trade paper MCV that: "We want more than five million people playing Fable III on the Xbox 360, full stop,". Oh well, it is nice to hear a developer talk about the number of people who actually play the game, not just sales.
