While the Halo: Reach beta test has suffered some technical problems (the reason for a beta is to iron them out after all) Bungie are still proud to announce that one million players joined the beta on the first day. In total Bungie expects 3 million players to log into the beta and it will definitely be at its most crowded between May 15 and May 18, when all Xbox Live silver members who own a copy of Halo 3: ODST will be able to join in the action (it will also be free to play Halo 3 and Halo 3: ODST during these days on Xbox Live).
The Halo: Reach beta concludes on May 19.
