EA has announced their latest NFL title, Madden NFL 17. The game will be coming to both PS4 and Xbox One, and will feature new modes and events.
At the EA conference at E3 Peter Moore said that it was "our most balanced game yet." It feature a new franchise mode, which we are yet to hear any details of, as well as a new commentary team.
The new title will have a huge focus on esports. This includes new online modes and weekly contests. The major announcement was the range of events that EA are introducing. This includes "challenger events", "premiere events", "EA major events."
They also announced the Madden NFL 17 Championship series. Moore said "next year everything gets bigger and better." EA are now putting up $1 Million in prize money. The championship is a range of events across the year, that spans 4 EA Majors.
