Hold onto something and prepare to be surprised; the next Call of Duty game is going to be launched in... November. Same as every year then.
This news comes via a leaked GameStop promo (as revealed by Kotaku). This promotional leaflet offers a November 6 release date for Treyarch's next offering in the shooter series, Call of Duty: Black Ops 3.
Perhaps more interesting is the "pre-order and get beta access" part of the promo. It also states in the small print at the bottom that those who sign up for action on PS4, Xbox One and PC will get early access to the game. Old-gen machines were not mentioned. Take from that what you will.
