If you want something else to play during the Christmas holidays with your family that doesn't involve action and violence, then maybe Ubisoft has the solution for you. Now they have release Monopoly Plus for Playstation 4 and Xbox One for £11.99, and December 10th it will be released for on Xbox 360 and on December 17th on Playstation 3 (priced £7.99 for the older consoles). Of course, we cannot guarantee that it won't involve cutthroat business decisions...
Ubisoft has also launched a bunch of DLC for Monopoly Plus (like a content pack) and a stand alone card game based on Monopoly. If you want it all, you should opt for the Family Fun Pack to save a few bucks.
