Zack Snyder teams up with EA

Director Zach Snyder, best known for his work on the Dawn of the Dead remake, 300, and the upcoming movie Watchmen, is teaming up with EA in a deal similar to that of Steven Spielberg (Boom Blox was the first of three Spielberg games from EA) to work on three games with EA Los Angeles.

EA will own the intellectual properties of the projects, but Zach Snyder's production company will have the movie rights.
