Super Bomberman R caught many of us by surprise when it was first announced during Nintendo's Switch presentation last month. Not only has it been seven years since we last saw a Bomberman game on consoles, but Konami has since shifted a big part of their focus to other areas of their business rather than retail console releases. How will this combination work out when the game launches on March 3rd? We're not sure, but looking at the game's opening cinematic at least shows that the story will be as goofy as one would suspect from a Bomberman game.
Will this be one of the games you're buying day one?
