Watch the first Far Cry 5 gameplay from E3

Equipped with a revolver, hell is raised.
Ford James 12 June 2017

Ubisoft have finally released gameplay for Far Cry 5 during their E3 presentation. In the three minute video, it shows the player equipped with a revolver liberating a location called Fall's End, while sniper support rained from above from a 'gun for hire' called Grace Armstrong, and a bloke called Nick Rye came swooping down in a plane with heavy machine gun fire.

Co-op gameplay has been confirmed, and players also get a furry companion called Boomer who is shown taking down one enemy, then disarming another before bringing his assault rifle to you. All this takes place on a typically southern USA street, with a church and water tower being two notable landmarks.

Watch the footage below and let us know what you think. Will you tackle Far Cry 5 guns blazing or opt for a stealthier approach? Let us know your ideal game strategy in the comments.
