The first Sonic the Hedgehog was released for Sega Mega Drive on June 23 1991. That means the blue hedgehog is turning 19 today, which is celebrated on Xbox Live with a bit of a sale - Sonic the Hedgehog, Sonic the Hedgehog 2, Sonic the Hedgehog 3 and Sonic & Knuckles have all been discounted from 400 points to 240 points. Only good for a day, so if you want to pick them up be sure to do it ASAP.
