If real-time tactics or stealth gameplay is your cup of tea, Shadow Tactics: Blades of the Shogun might be a game for you. It was just announced at GDC, with developer Mimimi Productions and publisher Daedalic Entertainment the companies in charge of the project.
Shadow Tactics: Blades of the Shogun is set in classical Japan during the Edo period, otherwise known as the time of the Shogun. Naturally ninjas and samurai will play a part in the roughly 25 hour long campaign, where five characters are to take on a range of challenging missions. Knowing each character's strengths and weaknesses will be key to survival.
Shadow Tactics: Blades of the Shogun is scheduled for release on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, as well as Mac and Linux, in Q4 of 2016. Have a look at the very first trailer below:
