Another retailer leak seems to suggest this.

The huge Walmart leak last month surprised many by listing the Final Fantasy VII: Remake for Xbox One, as it has only been announced for PlayStation 4 so far, but now another company (Game in Spain) has listed a pre-order for the game that also seems to confirm that it's on Xbox One.
Final Fantasy VII: Remake was announced during Sony's E3 press conference in 2015 and is expected to be shown again this year. When announced, Sony said it would be release "first on PlayStation 4" rather than exclusively for PlayStation 4, so it may well be that Xbox One fans can also expect it.
