When THQ Nordic finally confirmed that Red Faction Guerrilla would be remastered for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One in the form of Red Faction Guerrilla Re-Mars-tered they gave us a few details about the visual enhancements, but chose to stay fairly vague in terms of the release date by just saying "second quarter of 2018". That might be because they weren't completely sure if they'd get if out before the end of June or not.
We're now told that Red Faction Guerrilla Re-Mars-tered has received a very small delay, as it's set to launch on July 3. The good news is that they've also revealed some of the technical specifications for the different versions, and it's good news for PC players, as they will as expected get to enjoy the game in 4K, while PlayStation 4 Pro and Xbox One X players get to choose between 1500p at 60 FPS/4K at 30 FPS and 1800p at 60 FPS/4K at 30 FPS respectively.
It's also worth noting that those of you who own the original on Steam will get Red Faction Guerrilla Re-Mars-tered for free, so that's one less reason not to blow stuff up on Mars again.
