Phil Spencer wants Final Fantasy XIV on Xbox One

A Realm Reborn on Xbox? "We'd love to."

Yesterday we reported about the fact that Microsoft's Xbox division is now open to cross-network gaming between Xbox One and other platforms, possibly even including PlayStation 4. One of the games that previously hasn't been released for Xbox One because of this is Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn.

Now that the rules have changed, a fan asked the Xbox head honcho Phil Spencer if this means Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn is now coming to Xbox One, and the question got a very promising answer: "That would be great, we'd love to have FF14 on Xbox One."

Would you be interested in playing Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn on Xbox One? Or are there other MMORPGs that you'd like to see on the console first?
